Reference for EGMD The installation work for my new bathroom was undertaken by a team from EGMD. At the on-site survey visit Georgi identified a few issues with the design provided by Victoria Plum and he recommended changes to resolve these. He clearly has extensive experience of this kind of work and the problems that can arise. The installation started on schedule and at the end of each day the team tidied up so that I was still able to use the other rooms in the flat. When he started work on fixing the wall tiles Georgi rejected the tiles supplied by VP as not fit for purpose. The team helped me to obtain good quality tiles from a local supplier. As work progressed the team consulted me on some decisions and made further recommendations regarding fixtures and fittings. Ertan was in regular contact with the VP installation team chasing up outstanding deliveries and collections. All planned tasks were completed by the end of the project. The quality of the work is excellent and the bathroom looks great. Everything works fine and I have not discovered any problems since I started using the bathroom. The EGMD team was professional throughout the project and I can confidently recommend them.
